LUMC Preschool/CDO Director

Position Summary: The Preschool Director is responsible for the administration and daily operations of all aspects of the program including: enrollment, comprehensive planning for each new school year, implementing policies and procedures, all correspondence and communication with both staff and parents, staff development and supervision, fiscal decisions and management, and following the State of Kansas guidelines for licensed programs.


Requirements: The director will support the Mission and Vision of LUMC. Please see lenexaumc.org/who-we-are for more details. This position will report directly to the Senior Pastor at LUMC and must work as a team player in supporting the ministry of LUMC. This is a full-time school year position, on site Monday through Friday available while the school is open
