Dashers Sunday School class meets Sundays to discuss a variety of theologically related topics. We generally begin our discussion with that week’s sermon and how it spoke to us, then move to the lesson topic. Recent discussion topics have included bible study of specific passages using the Powers methodology, prayer, how other religions relate to Christianity, and how the bible came to be. Feel free to just drop by and join on Sunday morning—or contact Dave Glisson for more info.
LUMC young adults group is a community of adults over the age of 18 with no age limit. We are passionate about our faith and seeking to grow in their relationship with God and the community. We come together to support and encourage one another, study the Bible, and engage in meaningful discussions about our beliefs and how they apply to our lives.
We also participate in service projects and outreach activities to make a positive impact in our community. Our group is a safe and welcoming space where young adults can connect with others who share their values and find encouragement in their spiritual journey.
